I began writing this meditation in December, 2007 when my own ascension process kicked into high gear. Soon after the first words were written, an ancient language spontaneously followed mirroring the English text.  The origins of this language are unconfirmed but it is my impression that it is a form of soul language. 

This unique and powerful meditation has come forth to give support, rekindle hope and offer rest to those private individuals or alternative health practitioners who are working to bring light to the world. The meditation takes the listener through a detailed process of reconnecting with oneself at a deep level, and provides a process for transforming lower vibrational energies using only the body.  At the end of the meditation, the listener is invited to chant to further raise their energies and bring the energy of joy into their being.
